Exercise for Lower Back Pain

Some findings indicate some cardio exercises that are most appropriate to deal with back problems, such as: swimming, jogging, biking, and hiking.

These exercises are equivalent to a physical therapy program. Restoring the condition of the muscles around the spine is important, because these muscles help to balance the spine when the body moves. These muscles also keep the body weight not to burden the spine, so that the upright body position is ideal.
